Works of folk arts refer to works, materials and styles such as ballads, music, dramas, stories, dances, architectures, general art, art deco and so on, which are developed by certain communities through quite a long period and passed down from generation to generation. These works have run in the family of a specific area and have been widely read and used, forming a great fortune of human beings. In this regard China has promulgated the "Regulations on Protecting Traditional Arts".
