| Shanxi: 166 ICH projects included in second recommendation list |

| On February 2, the second recommendation list of Shanxi provincial intangible cultural heritage projects was released. The list includes 166 ICH projects and involves 206 protection units.
The list will be publicized on the websites of the Culture Bureau and Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center from February 3 to 17.
From September to December last year, Shanxi Culture Bureau launched application and evaluation of the second batch of provincial intangible cultural heritages. 224 projects have applied, covering 10 ICH categories.
The Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center organized experts for four evaluation meetings. After careful and scientific assessment, the expert group determined the second batch of provincial ICH recommendation list.
