| Shanxi courts convene meeting on IP case trial |

| On the morning of March 4, the meeting on the trial of IP cases of Shanxi courts was held in Taiyuan. From then on, civil cases related to well-known trademark identification will be governed by Intermediate People's Court of Taiyuan City.
According to previous rule, intermediate people's courts in other cities of Shanxi exercised jurisdiction over cases of this kind.
And Shanxi will thoroughly check up cases about well-known trademark tried and identified since 2007 within two months.
Shanxi Provincial Higher People's Court has set up a leading group responsible for investigating those cases. And the action is scheduled to last two months from March 1 to April 30. [Chinese version is available on Shanxi Daily]
