This festival included technological competitions, propaganda of IPR and so on, of which activities about IPR accounted for more than 80%. In the day when Technology Festival was started, the training on patent agent was also held, which attracted a lot of undergraduates.

The authorized patents of Shanxi University of Technology ranks 49^th in all universities of the whole country and 3^rd in universities of Shanxi. This festival can not only create good environment for technological study and improve creative ability of undergraduates, but also awake the awareness of IPR among universities of Xi’an.
