It is learnt from Yantai Municipal Intellectual Property Office that, the first batch of 22 National IPR Pilot Platform Units was publicized, Yantai was candidate for the platform by the advantage of patent law enforcement, and this was the second National Pilot Project in the aspects of law enforcement and rights protection gained by Yantai after it gained National Aid Center on IP Right Protection in last year.

In recent years, Yantai Municipality actively explored the law enforcement models of administrative law enforcement, enterprise right protection, trade self-discipline, supervision by public opinion, the amounts of patent disputes arrangement and false patents investigation increased with years.
