It is learnt from Fujian Provincial People's Government that the province officially issued the Implementing Opinions on Carrying out National IPR Strategy Outline, which is the first programmatic document on IPR issues in Fujian.

Fujian Provincial People's Government pointed out that, Fujian will quicken the construction of creative industry park for Taiwan businessmen, introduce new plant variety from Taiwan province, jointly excavate traditional knowledge and intangible cultural heritages and promote the exchanges and development of IPRs between Fujian and Taiwan.

Moreover, Fujian will build cross-straits IPR exchange and cooperation platform, encourage Taiwan IPR professionals to take part in related qualification tests and title appraisal conducted in Mainland and set up subsidiaries in Fujian.
